There is a 24 hour opportunity to cancel an order at no charge. After 24 hours and prior to shipping we charge a $25 cancellation fee.


We offer and produce customized made-to-order products that are built to the exact specifications of our customers. Due to the nature of our business our return policy is very limited.

All returns are subject to our authorization and discretion and there is a 10% service fee for returned items that are not being exchanged.

If you do not see your exact gun or light model/sub-model in the drop down list please send us an email. We might have the model you need but due to some special considerations we want to speak with you first before your order is placed. Do not order a different model/sub-model than what you have. We do not accept returns for custom orders that are placed incorrectly. The molding process is exact to your item so this is important! 

We cannot be responsible aftermarket modifications to guns (Aftermarket slide cuts, or aftermarket parts that we were not made aware of prior to manufacturing). Please contact us first if you have aftermarket parts installed on your gun to ensure proper fitment. We will not accept returns/exchanges on items that were made and do not fit aftermarket parts on you gun that we were not made aware of prior to the order being placed. 

We accept returns for refund or exchange on non-light bearing Matte Black Kydex products only.

The items being returned must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition and made using our stock designs. No specialty cuts or color combinations.

If your item meets these criteria and you would like to initiate a return for refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. After 5 days we only offer exchange or store credit. After 30 days all sales are considered final.

All refunds and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of the returned product. You will be notified by email of your return status once we receive and review your item(s).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
